management system (IMS)!
Phone and Email orders! Now you may take
phone and email orders and process a professional invoice to
customer email for direct payments!
[Note: The IMS is not the same as a Virtual terminal (VT)!
This IMS service is only available on merchant accounts.]
How does the IMS work?

IMS service only available on merchant
account types;
-
Login and click User>Profile and add
your company logo that will appear on the invoice to
customer. Then go to Merchant Tools>IMS from the
menu bar to create an invoice;

You may now take
customer order details by phone or email.
*NO NEED to ask for any
credit card details from customer;

Once done taking the customer
order details, use the Create Invoice feature. The system
now sends and email link to customer email address to check and
verify the correctness of the order/invoice.
Invoices are generated in secure pdf format;

If the invoice is accepted by
the customer, customer accepts by clicking the PAY button on
the invoice or the Reject if not accepted;

The transactionn gets paid by
credit/debit card or by TMX eWallet and
the money is booked to member account in real time or if
rejected the seller gets notifed by email of the
rejection;

System sends member and customer an IPN
(Instant-Payment-Notification) of the
transaction status;
-
The Invoice gets stored on the TMX IMS Archive for 12 months
and serves as Proof of Order and Proof of Payment in
case of any future customer disputes;

Seller delivers or ships the goods/services sold to the
customer.
