provided or send an email to confirm;

the frequency of orders placed by the same Buyer with
different Billing and Shipping / Delivery Addresses- this is surely a red flag!

Also an unusual hastiness
from the buyer to get delivery done irrespective of the
charge of delivery/shipping you quote

Keep ALL Proof of Order
Placements documents or electronic forms;

Keep ALL Proof of
Delivery documents. (Make sure you get the Buyer
Signature and Date on the delivery sheet)
How to dispute a chargeback?

In order for us to
dispute any chargeback and potentially report the case to the
authorities, we request that you provide us with the following:
- Name, address and
contact details of the customer - Details of the
goods/services provided to the customer - Proof that the
goods/services were sent to the customer - Any additional
information that you feel is relevant to this case
