Since the launch of our services beginning October 2008 we realized that we will face many challenges and obstacles. Our services to our users are a "work in progress" and we thank you for your continuous support, suggestions and understanding

TMX Members may from today onwards receive OR make payments in other system currencies. The system will automatically convert the relevant payments to the receiving member account currency.

  1. Member to member payments.
  2. Website cart payments in other currency.
  3. Payments made through the TMX IMS system

  1. Add new pay option: Now pay or make deposits directly from your own bank!

  1. TMX partnered with a new gateway provider linked to 27 banks for different industry types.
  2. TMX now provides direct merchant account setup access with these banks for credit card processing.
  3. Merchant still uses the same TMX API on their website as always for this access

  2. Add more payment options on payment page over the enxt few weeks: TMX Escrow services. eChecks, Cashu , Cashu eWallet and UKash vouchers (direct bank transfers from Latin America, Direct Bank transfers from EU and Australia still pending!)

  1. New SCI Payments Option page layout in preparation for further additions to be added over the next few weeks.
  2. Account History download now in csv excel format and now also linked to Date selector to allow export of data for any period as set in date selector.

  1. Add a new Balance Summary to the History page. This will indicate the effects of account transactions on each of the different Balance types on your account. Find this link on the page History>Balances

  2. Add capability to issue a refund on any Deposit made on the system
  3. Add capability to issue a Partial Refund on the system as follows:
    • Multi member to member refunds allowed
    • For gateway payments and deposits only one refund instance applies: either Full or Partial (no multi refunds allowed)
  4. User abillity to generate a secure PDFaccount report with a Date Selector applied
  5. SCI upgrades:
    • InPut Address field feature made required before checkout;
    • POST to a STATUS URL server or website now includes customer address details

  1. Refunds: System now allows full refunds of the original payment amount
  2. CC email feature added for any SCI and IMS payment. System will now send a copy of the IPN(payment notification) to the CC email address added by the merchant. Add a cc email address from Profile>Account Info>CC Email link to send a copy of the IPN to this address
  3. New search grid feature for TMX system- See History page
  4. New Transactions csv export feature from History tab
  5. SCI Pay by Escrow feature add to pay flow process. See Payment Option 1 on pay page

2 Jul 09 Rolling Reserve implemented on all User account that sell services or goods online. This is aimed at protecting all parties involved against User chargeback's. The initial RR is determined by the User credit score during our in-house verification process. read more

    New features include:

    - The cart code to add items to your site were simplified with proper illustrations. See the manual.
    - Cart is easy to implement and easy to use by customers
    - Added a Shopping Basket where Buyers can add or remove items before checkout
    - Added a Continue Shopping Feature
    - Added a Checkout feature
    - 2 x Payment options available after checkout:
    *pay with your existing MoneyExpress account or;
    *pay by credit card/debit card directly through the payment gateway (users or non-users)
    - Enhanced Instant Payment Notifications (IPN)

    Yes the Shopping Cart is still FREE and only for the use of Merchant account holders (with either a “verified” or “unverified” account status)
29 Jan 09 The introduction of account risk level management. All User account types will be on one of the following risk levels:

"Unverified" Users (UV) - these are accounts that has not fulfilled any verification requirements with high to very high risk profiles and fee structures. These accounts are subject to all chargeback's and reversals requested by the payer or subsequent bank/processor

"Verified" Users - these are accounts that fulfilled the verification requirements with a low to medium risk profiles and fee structure (excluding high risk industries). System payments from such accounts are irrevocable except for payments received through the online gateway and in cases of fraud or other criminal activities in violation of our Terms

We urge all Users to upgrade to a "Verified" level to combat Identity and Payment Fraud!

  2. Added a "Send/Pay" money feature by email to any NON-members option. Use the Pay option on the menu
  3. Added a "Refund" button to return funds to sender within 14 days of payment

    AMEX, Diners, VISA, Master, Visa Electron, Delta/Visa Debit, JCB
